Introduction to Condensed Oil Water Separation Filter Cartridge

The coagulation oil-water separation filter element is a core component designed specifically for oil-water separation, achieving efficient separation through physical coagulation and precision filtration technology. Its core structure consists of a coalescence filter element and a separation filter element, which work together to complete the oil-water separation process.

The coalescing filter uses specially treated glass fiber or polyester fiber as the medium, and through its oleophilic and hydrophobic properties on the surface, captures and aggregates small water droplets dispersed in the oil into larger water droplets. These water droplets gradually settle into the collection tank at the bottom of the filter element under the influence of gravity and the impact force of oil flow, and are discharged from the system through the drainage valve. The coalescing filter not only effectively coalescing moisture, but also filtering out solid impurities in the oil, improving the overall cleanliness of the oil.
The separation filter element is made of specially chemically treated stainless steel mesh or oleophilic and hydrophobic materials, which have good oil permeability and water droplet barrier properties. When the oil carries residual moisture through the separation filter element, the hydrophilic layer on the surface of the filter element allows the oil to pass smoothly, while the hydrophobic layer effectively prevents water droplets from penetrating, thus achieving complete separation of oil and water.

This filter element has the characteristics of large pollutant holding capacity, long service life, and high filtration accuracy. Its multi-layer composite structure filter paper design, combined with efficient filtering materials and folding structure, significantly extends the service life of the filter element, reduces replacement frequency and downtime. Condensed oil-water separation filter cartridges are widely used in the purification treatment of aviation fuel, diesel, hydraulic oil and other oil products, as well as solid-liquid and gas-liquid separation scenarios in industries such as petroleum, chemical, and metallurgy. They can meet the oil-water separation needs in different industrial environments, ensuring the stable operation of oil systems and the long-term use of equipment.
