Design principle
The hand push oil filter is mainly used in hydraulic systems to separate impurities (such as solid particles, liquid pollutants, etc.) in the system through filtration to ensure the cleanliness of the oil. Its design principles usually include gravity method, pressure difference method, etc., which directly intercept dirt through the filter element or improve filtration efficiency by adding auxiliary equipment.
Internal structure
A hand push oil filter generally consists of components such as a fuel tank, filter, and pipeline. In more complex structures, it may also include end caps, filter elements, connectors, electrical control, oil suction filters, pressure indicators, oil drip pans, gear pumps, load-bearing frames, wheels, and other parts. These components work together to achieve oil filtration and purification.
Operation process
Preparation stage:
1. Place the hand push oil filter on a flat ground and check if there is any looseness in the entire machine, especially the connection between the motor and the oil pump must be tight and concentric.
2. Connect the power supply correctly, start the oil pump, and observe if its rotation direction is correct.
3. Connect the inlet and outlet oil pipes and ensure they are securely fastened to prevent the outlet pipe from being washed off when the pressure increases.
Filtering stage:
Start the motor, the oil pump starts working, and the oil to be filtered is sucked in from the oil tank; The oil enters the filtration system through oil suction filtration, and first removes large impurities through a coarse filter; Then, the oil enters the fine filter to further remove small particles and pollutants; The filtered oil flows back to the oil tank through pipelines or is directly supplied to the hydraulic system for use.
Monitoring and maintenance:
During the filtration process, monitor system pressure changes through a pressure gauge to promptly detect and handle abnormal situations; Regularly check the blockage of the filter element and replace it as needed. The replacement cycle of the filter element depends on the degree of oil contamination and the design of the filter; Keep the oil filter and its surrounding environment clean to prevent impurities from entering the oil system.
Matters needing attention
During use, the oil pump should be avoided from running idle for a long time to reduce wear and prolong its service life; It is strictly prohibited to operate without phase to avoid burning out the motor; Regularly inspect and maintain all components of the oil filter to ensure its normal operation.
